The crash happened at around 3.40pm at Langham airfield six miles from Holt.
Three people are in critical condition after a light aircraft crashed in north Norfolk yesterday afternoon.
A Norfolk police spokesperson said: “The three people who were on board the plane have been taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. They are in a critical but stable condition.”
The Air Accident Investigation Branch have been informed.
The crash happened at around 3.40pm at Langham airfield six miles from Holt.
RAF Langham was an active airfield for 18 years and played a key role in both world wars and during the Cold War.
Langham Dome is one of only 6 remaining war time gunnery centres which taught brave trainees how to shoot down enemy aircraft successfully.
It offers a unique opportunity to journey back in time and experience what life was like for those who served at RAF Langham. The Langham Dome is the only one open to view as a museum.
