Residential property management company, Encore (encoreestates.co.uk), has appointed Jason Grieve to be the new head of site operations at its Cambridge office.

Jason joins Encore with over 15 years of property management experience and has spent 30 years in various senior executive roles.

Most recently he worked as Divisional Operations Manager at Rendall & Rittner where he was responsible for the smooth operation of many high-profile sites across London, leading a team of 560 people.

Jason will oversee the entire Encore facilities team and lead the team in continuing to deliver efficient and first-class services to Encore’s clients.

His appointment will also enable additional support to be distributed to site-based teams in London.

A keen champion of consistent high standards and employee engagement, Jason said: “It really is a great privilege to be joining such a dedicated and professional team. I am incredibly excited by the company’s vision for the future, and I am very much looking forward to the journey ahead.”
