Businesses have to provide customer testimonials to back up their award submission.

“Having previously struggled and battled with anxiety and low self-esteem myself, I know how debilitating it can be,” he said.

“The uncomfortable thoughts and feelings can dominate your life and limit what you feel capable of doing and achieving.

“With more and more people struggling with their mental health, my services have been in increasing demand, and I help people to overcome anxiety, worry and stress and start feeling calmer, more confident and happier…”

Dan said: “I’ve been working in Ely for over a decade and now have well over 300 positive reviews from happy clients, in which people share the positive changes they have made to help inspire others to seek help with their mental health.”
